3. If you are a Youth Coach

4. If you are a Teacher

5. If you are a Nurse or Doctor

6. If your Child is a Honnor roll student

7. If you or your child is a Student Athlete

8. If your child is a Student Activities Participant

9. If you are a Widow or a Widower
